All our products are shipped and delivered by well-known companies across the United States, such as UPS, DHL, and USPS.

All orders are subject to acceptance by My Meow Shop Team. This means that our team reserves the right to reject any order received. In the case of order rejection, you will be notified, and our team will refund payments in full.

Shipping Policy

My Meow Shop supports worldwide shipping, so you can shop with us no matter where you are! Most of our items are fulfilled from overseas warehouses to offer our international customers more affordable pricing. Estimated delivery times are listed below:

  • United States: 5-15 business days

  • International: 7-20+ business days

For our US customers, the following items are fulfilled from our US warehouse, with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days:

Once the order is shipped or in transit, delivery details cannot be changed.

Why Are There Missing Items?

If your order is too large, it may be divided and shipped in multiple batches to optimize shipping costs. If you receive one part of your order and notice missing items, please reach out to our support team, and we will provide the remaining tracking codes for items that are still on their way.
