By placing an order through the My Meow Shop website, you agree to the terms below. These policies ensure you are fully aware of our refund and return procedures.
Order Cancellation
If you'd like to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. If your order has not yet been shipped, you are eligible for cancellation and a full refund. However, if your order has already been fulfilled and you have received a tracking number, we will be unable to cancel it.
7-Day Refund Policy
We have a 7-day refund policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Since our warehouse is located overseas, we only provide refunds or resends for damaged or incorrect products.
Refund requests for orders received after 7 days will be politely declined. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange or refund unless the items were incorrectly sent.
Additionally, we do not provide refunds if the reason is that your cat(s) does not like the product. Each cat has a unique personality, and we cannot guarantee personal preferences. We appreciate your understanding!
Damaged, Incorrect Products, or Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@mymeowshop.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Resending
We only resend products that are damaged, incorrect, the wrong size, or defective. If you need an item resent, please contact us at support@mymeowshop.com.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for resends or refunds.
