What currency are the prices displayed in on the site?
Our base price is in USD, but the price will reflect the currency based on your current location.
How many days does it take for an order to arrive?
We offer one type of shipping: Standard Shipping (5-15 business days). Once you place your order, we will provide you with a tracking number, where you can check all the information regarding your order.
How do I know if my package is shipped and on its way?
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is leaving the warehouse, you will receive another automatic email with shipping information. Feel free to reach out to inquire about your order status!
How can I track my package?
When you receive a shipping confirmation email from us, simply copy the tracking number provided and paste it into our order status tracker page.
Do you offer a guarantee on your products?
If you receive a wrong or damaged item, you can always request a resend or refund from us. While we are confident in the quality of our products—having tested them on many cats who approved them—we do not provide refunds if your cat does not like the product. Each cat has its own unique personality, and unfortunately, we cannot control their preferences. We appreciate your understanding!
Why are there missing items in my order?
If your order is large, it may be divided and shipped out in two or more batches to make it smaller and reduce shipping costs for you. If you have received one batch and noticed missing items, please reach out to our support team, and we will provide you with the remaining tracking codes for the items still on their way.
